This project seeks to develop training materials so that people over
45 years of age acquire the
necessary skills that allow them to exploit their skills and competencies, thus strengthening their position in the
working market.
Make companies aware of the importance of managing existing and active talent, particularly that which comes from
the experience of those over 45 years of age.
Development of training materials aimed at companies, trainers and HR specialists who improve the professional skills of people over 45, in accordance with the requirements of companies, including: digital, communication or language skills.
