The means for achieving this are to train the leaders of such organizations and adult educators, so that they can develop strategies aligned with the needs of the market, local context and adult learners. Participating in this kind of training activities is also important to maintain continuing education that is designed for the retraining, reskilling and updating the knowledge of human power. Our mobilities will promote environmentally sustainable and responsible behaviour among participants, raising the awareness about the importance of acting to reduce or compensate for the environmental footprint of mobility activities.
The objective of our mobilities are from one side to provide more opportunities to adult learners and staff to have an international experience as well as to acquire forward-looking and other relevant skills worldwide. In second place, the mobilities will enable our Institution and the receiving institution to establish long-term sustainable international cooperation. In order to make access to learners and staff mobility as easy as possible, INBIE will ensure equal and equitable access and opportunities to current and prospective participants from all backgrounds. Blended mobility is a very important issue in our Institution, and it will offer additional opportunities that may be more suitable for some learners and staff.
